Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Mendoria's circles are places where people share inner work — which makes them worth guarding carefully. These guidelines are the gate.

The spirit

  • Speak from your own experience."What worked for me" travels well; "what you should do" rarely does.
  • No fixing without invitation. Witness first. Advice only when asked.
  • Confidentiality. What others share in a circle stays there. Screenshots of another member's post shared elsewhere are grounds for removal.
  • Anonymity is honored. Never attempt to identify an anonymous poster.

Hard lines

  • No harassment, hate speech, mockery, or pile-ons.
  • No medical or psychiatric advice — including urging anyone to start or stop medication or treatment.
  • No graphic descriptions of self-harm methods. If you are struggling, we will always point you to real support (findahelpline.com) — circles are not crisis channels and cannot hold that safely.
  • No selling, recruiting, or promotion — including spiritual services.
  • No guru posturing. Everyone here is practicing, no one has arrived.

Moderation

Every post can be reported. Moderators can remove content, mute, or remove members — decisions are audit-logged, and we explain removals whenever we responsibly can. We moderate to protect the quiet majority, not to win arguments.

A last word

Vulnerability is welcome here; performance of vulnerability is not required. Share at the depth that feels right, and let others do the same.
